Dragonfire in Wide Distribution – and Kiss of Fire is FREE!

Kiss of Fire, book one of the Dragonfire Novels series of paranormal romances featuring dragon shifter heroes by Deborah Cooke, is free for a limited time

At the end of September, the Dragonfire Novels came out of KDP Select, which means that they’re available at all portals again (not just Amazon). I’ve also made Kiss of Fire a free series starter at all portals. This is a great time to meet the Pyr!

Kiss of Fire, book #1 of the Dragonfire Novels series of paranormal romances by Deborah CookeOne kiss can change the course of destiny…

When ace accountant Sara Keegan decides to settle down and run her quirky aunt’s New Age bookstore, she’s not looking for adventure. She doesn’t believe in fate or the magic of tarot cards, but when she’s saved from a vicious attack by a man who has the ability to turn into a fire-breathing dragon, she questions whether she’s losing her mind – or about to lose her heart.

Self-reliant loner Quinn Tyrrell has long been distrustful of his fellow Pyr. When he feels the firestorm that signals his destined mate, he’s determined to protect and possess Sara, regardless of the cost. Then Sara’s true destiny is revealed and Quinn realizes he must risk everything – even Sara’s love – to fulfill their entwined fates.

Last Chance for Kindle Unlimited

The Dragonfire series of paranormal romances by Deborah Cooke in print editionsThe Dragonfire Novels have been enrolled in KDP Select this summer, which means that you can read them free if you’re a Kindle Unlimited subscriber. Their term ends this weekend, which makes this week your last chance to read them in KU. Next week, the entire series will be in wide distribution again – enrolling the books in KDP Select means they have to be available exclusively at Amazon. This weekend, I’ll republish them at the other portals again.

Here’s the series page at Amazon.com.

Happy reading!

Rearranging the Site

Fallen, an urban fantasy romance featuring a fallen angel hero and book one of the Prometheus Project by Deborah CookeWith the publication of Maeve’s Book of Beasts, it’s clear that a lot of my other paranormal heroes are living in the world of Dragonfire. As a result, I’ve created some new tabs and moved some pages onto this site.

You’ll find the Prometheus Project living under the new tab Angels (which are really all Fallen Angels), and Coven of Mercy is living under another new tab called Vampires.

The Prometheus Project is a complete four-book series set in a dystopian future featuring fallen angel heroes, but there’s a dead fallen angel at the beginning of Maeve’s Book of Beasts. I think it’s fair to assume that he has something in common with my future-set angels. That series begins with Fallen – I hope you like Montgomery as much as I do!

Coven of Mercy, a vampire romance and short story by Deborah CookeCoven of Mercy is a short story and vampire romance. Micah, the hero of that story, has a cameo appearance in Maeve’s Book of Beasts, and Sebastian – the vampire and continuing character in DragonFate – is a reluctant member of Micah’s coven.

The Dragonfire Novels, the Prometheus Project and the Dragons of Incendium are moving into Kindle Unlimited this month. Coven of Mercy and An Elegy for Melusine (which explains Mel and Raymond’s backstory) are already there.
